Navigation Device Host Needed

We're looking for a host located in Shelby to host and setup a small device/antenna at their location that provides satellite navigation information. The location can be a home or a commercial space in the area. The monthly payment to the host is $100 and a one-time bonus of $200 will be paid on the second month. The equipment, shipping, and setup instructions will be provided to the host. The host will not be asked to pay anything. The host will only be installing a device/antenna at their location. A host legal service agreement will be signed between both parties.
The device is small and easy to install. It is mostly plug-and-play. And we will provide all the support needed. The device requires internet and power only (barely uses any power consumption). The antenna is small and requires a 180-degree clear view of the sky without big obstacles such as big buildings or tall trees around.
This device provides navigational data (GNSS) that is used by different businesses and clients. This data is pertains to the location and timestamp of the device. It does not collect any private or sensitive information from the host at all. There will be no costs on the host, other than providing a steady internet connection and power. We will be providing the device to the host's address and the host will only need to install it there. We're looking for a minimum of one year commitment, then perhaps month-to-month. We are paying $100/month for this service and a one-time bonus of $200 paid on the second month.
