This 2012 Nissan Versa SL four door sedan has 76xxx miles and is equipped with an economical four-cylinder engine, a smooth shifting automatic transmission, convenient and safe power steering and brakes, cold air conditioning, AM-FM-CD Radio, new radial tires and a new battery. The glass is crack and chip free; the interior is smoke, pet, and kid free and clean as new. It starts, runs, shifts, steers, drives and stops as it should. This Versa has a 4-inch wide bump in the center of the trunk lid and the areas to the right and left of the trunk lid are also damaged; the trunk lid still opens and closes perfectly. There has been no body or paint work done to this car, ever, and it is being sold with the damage just described. I have a bid from a local paint shop for this repair for $600. The previous owners and their insurance company got into a jangle over this damage and what the customer expected the insurance company to pay, so the insurance company paid the customer and branded the title, "rebuilt salvage." Nothing has been rebuilt, repainted or repaired. State of Montana vehicle damage investigators inspected this vehicle and orderd State DMV title processors to issue it a new, blue title, which I have in my possession. This Versa still drives wonderfully and doesn't look too bad, either. NADA clean retail is $6225; this Versa is very fairly priced at $4199.
