Up for sale is a one-owner, 2018 Logan, 3 horse, living quarters trailer. I special-ordered this trailer in 2017, then waited two months to get it. I wanted one with all the necessities in it such as a furnace, toilet, shower, cooktop, tv, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner and electric jack. This trailer has all of this, all of it works. It has a separate grey water and blackwater tank. I’ve never put the blackwater tank to use, always packed a thunder-bucket. I never wanted to deal with emptying the blackwater tank. This trailer would be perfect for a couple alone or a family with a couple of kids. It has a foldout couch\bed that would be ok for a couple of kids. I did a lot of research on who makes the stoutest trailers and I believe Logan wins that hands down. Their frames are galvanized steel. I made 7 out of state trips with it and I know the total mileage that this trailer has been pulled is less than 15,000 miles. I never had any issues with it. It pulls really nice, with a one ton truck you hardly notice it there and I’ve pulled it with a ¾ ton truck. The interior is in almost-new condition. It has the flow-through rubber floor in the horse compartment and separate tack storage compartment along the drivers’ side. It has a full rear tack compartment with a three-place saddle rack.
