Yearling Rams for Your Consideration
We’ve been raising sheep here in Montana for over 30 years, and our goal has always been simple: raise rams that are hardy, long-lasting, and practical for you to put them to work.
These Hampshire/Suffolk yearling rams are pasture-raised with minimal feed, so they know how to get by on grass and hold up in the kind of weather we all deal with here.
The cross brings together the muscling and fast growth of the Suffolk with the durability and maternal strength of the Hampshire—a combination that works well for both commercial outfits and 4-H projects.
We keep a closed ewe flock to help keep our herd healthy and consistent. Every ram is semen-tested, wormed, and ready for the job ahead, and their genetics have at least one "R" for scrapie resistance.
Over the years, we’ve heard producers who bought our rams that they hold up well and stay healthy for the long haul.
