This is a very nice usable Motor Home!
This 1995 Dutch Star motor home was bought by us about 12 or 13 years ago. It's about 31 foot long. We're the second owners.
It has around 60K miles on it. It starts and runs like a top. It has a 454 cu. in. engine with throttle body fuel injection. I have never had any trouble with it. It gets around 10 miles per gallon if you drive around 55 to 60 MPH.
Since retiring, and moving away from Fort Benton, we have used it mainly as an apartment in Fort Benton. We have it parked on wood blocks under the (covered) tires, with the windows blocked with insulated panels, on a lot next to some very good friends' house. We park it inside a building at the fairgrounds for the winter. We visit several times a summer.
The most recent trip we made was from Ft. Benton to Our home in Florence Mt. And then on to Sandpoint Idaho on Pend Oreille Lake. That was three years ago. In the past we have used it for camping at Holter Lake and various places around Montana.
It seats around eight people making it “the place” to gather when we are with family or friends!
It has a very comfortable queen size bed, and a fold down couch that would be for a child or small individual.
It's equipped well with two air conditioners, one with an electric furnace on the roof.
The generator works well, it will run everything including the two air conditioners.
I will include a solar panel which keeps the coach batteries charged while camping without hookups.
The water heater is electronic ignition and has a switch on the wall in the kitchen. It has a well equipped kitchen.
The two front tires are new and the rear duals are in very good condition.
We installed a radio with CD player in the dash and installed a small flat screen TV and separate DVD player in the bedroom. The TV in the living room is and old small TV. We installed a new TV antenna too.
The water tank is 70 gallon capacity with a newer quiet water pump.
It has a new toilet (photo is of the old one!), new faucet in the kitchen, new light fixture over the table, LED bulbs in the coach lights and many other things we've added over the years. There are many things like extension cords hoses etc in the basement compartments that I will include.
The coach batteries were replaced when we camped at Sand point and I put a new battery in the engine compartment and installed a battery switch last fall.
Everything is in pretty good condition as I have maintained it well over the years. As this is a 1995 unit it isn't perfect but it has served us well over the years. If you are interested, you can inspect it if you contact me and I will detail how to contact my friends so you can view it.
Email me or Text me at Four zero six, two one zero, zero three one one.
