Comes with cart, tensioner, and sealer along with 2 rolls of polyester strapping and 1,000 U-Line Gripper Seals. This set up is amazing, works well. I bought for a project that I have since completed so I no longer need. The polyester strapping is high tensil strength and holds very well. Plus its forgiving and doesn't damage the material being bundled like steel strapping does.
