Details: 27 foot overall length 8 foot wide. Extra ground clearance! 2 horse straight or haul 3 in a right handed slant. Ramp load. 12 foot livestock area. 2x10 hardwood floors and mats, in immaculate condition.
Living quarters, shower but no toilet. Insulated, AC will freeze you and heat will roast you if you crank them. Large fridge, stovetop, on demand water heater. Everything is winterized right now. Queen mattress. Dining table, seats fold out into a second bed. All cushions were replaced brand new. Interior and exterior lighting works.
All electric works, brakes like a charm. Doors latch & lock. Ramp hinges were just replaced, ramp was reframed by Specialty Iron Works.
